Today is the 7th day of the first lunar month, it is traditionally known as "renrì" (人日), is everyone birthday. According to the Chinese legend, "nv wo" (女媧) created man, first six days she created chicken, dog, pig, sheep, cow and horse, the 7th days she created man, this is the origin of human beings, therefore this day is man's birthday.
Happy birthday to you, you, you! Emm.. today is the birthday of all people, which is means I have a reason to give a birthday gift for myself! : P
I have a habit, every year I will give myself a gift as an encouragement, I will look for a gift which have it meaning to me, not the gift itself.
A word "Courage" as a gift to me!
In 2009, I have done open water scuba diving course, I am not a good swimmer, therefore I always not confident to swim at open sea even now, altough scared during the course but finally I overcame it. Every thing have a try, at least once.
A word "Tolerant" as a gift to me!
In 2010, I went to Indonesia for a volcanic trip which I felt that have to experience in life, when I stood and view from the peak of crater, looked at the landscape, I felt small. There is big world out there, human is really small, widen our mind our heart to accept, to forgive, to understand.
A word "Cherish" as a gift to me!

In 2011, I went to Macau to visit a friend, Sok Lee. I been said want to visit her many times but always not, finally I made my word. We always have an excuse to say no time because busy, are we really busy? True friendship not easy, I want to cherish, do you?
A word "Treasure" as a gift to me!
Year 2012, a camera as a gift. To be frank, I love to take photo and wish to have this kind of camera for long time but I don't spend it due to my old camera still in good condition, I am not a luxury person. The gift I only pay little money, the big sponsor is my brother, I am touching and I know he work very hard, I will treasure it, thank you.
Simple word but means a lot to me. : )
